It was an upmarket layby for lunch today - it had it's own toilet block (fairly typical UK public one, but a toilet nonetheless). And with the weather not so good and so few miles to cover, we stopped for an hour. With all this time we rustle up a three course meal. Oh ok it was sandwiches again, but there was a pudding!
