In August 1912 my Great Grandfather, William Warn drove his 25HP Singer from Lands End to John O'Groats without stopping the engine. His three great grandchildren will try to replicate this in a 1907 Singer owned and driven by Ian North in August 2012.

FAME IN HEDON
Tomorrow we are off to Pitlochry - I hope Ian and Steve's new found notoriety doesn't hold us up with autograph hunters.......
But we do hope to be delayed by the the Scottish Singer owners - and possibly by a few distillers of whiskey?
