In August 1912 my Great Grandfather, William Warn drove his 25HP Singer from Lands End to John O'Groats without stopping the engine. His three great grandchildren will try to replicate this in a 1907 Singer owned and driven by Ian North in August 2012.

MORE HANDY SIGNS FROM THE SCOTTISH HIGHWAYS AGENCY
Actually we haven't had too much of a problem with this - it's everyone else!! But seriously, only a couple of motorists have got the hump with us over this trip, and Ian and Steve just wave regardless!
